1) What SecureVoice provides
SecureVoice provides a private voice server service (currently Mumble) provisioned for your group.
It’s designed for small groups (typically 2–10).
2) Acceptable use
You agree not to use SecureVoice for:
- Harassment, threats, hate, or targeted abuse
- Illegal activity
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users
- Sending malware, or disrupting the service
We may suspend service if we believe these rules are being broken.
3) Subscription, renewal, and non‑renewal
- SecureVoice is billed as an annual subscription.
- If the subscription is not renewed, service may be disabled and data removed.
- After non‑renewal, we aim to remove your server and related data after 14 days.
4) Support
We provide best‑effort support with a target response time of within 48 hours.
Support covers basic operational help (e.g., password resets, simple configuration guidance, downtime investigation).
5) Limitations and liability

Your experience depends on factors outside our control (your internet connection, devices, microphones/headsets,
and third‑party networks).

The service is provided on a best‑effort basis. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current
annual subscription period.
