1) What SecureVoice provides

SecureVoice provides a private voice server service (currently Mumble) provisioned for your group. It’s designed for small groups (typically 2–10).

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to use SecureVoice for:

• Harassment, threats, hate, or targeted abuse
• Illegal activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users
• Sending malware, or disrupting the service

We may suspend service if we believe these rules are being broken.

3) Subscription, renewal, and non‑renewal

• SecureVoice is billed as an annual subscription.
• If the subscription is not renewed, service may be disabled and data removed.
• After non‑renewal, we aim to remove your server and related data after 14 days.

4) Support

We provide best‑effort support with a target response time of within 48 hours. Support covers basic operational help (e.g., password resets, simple configuration guidance, downtime investigation).

5) Limitations and liability

• Your experience depends on factors outside our control (your internet connection, devices, microphones/headsets, and third‑party networks).
• The service is provided on a best‑effort basis. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current annual subscription period.
